What are the basic rules for every bonus?
1.1 This page covers every promotion at Nanaimo Casino, including the welcome offer and Nanaimo Rewards.
1.2 Each offer also has its own offer details. If the two ever disagree, the details for that offer come first.
1.3 Your bonus funds sit separately from your cash balance. You can withdraw them after you complete the wagering.
1.4 Bonuses are here to give you more play. They are not cash to take straight out.
How much of my bonus can turn into cash?
2.1 Once you finish the wagering, your remaining bonus balance turns into withdrawable cash.
2.2 Some offers cap how much you can convert to cash. If a cap applies, you'll find it in the offer details, so you can see it before claiming. Any amount over the cap is removed when the bonus turns into cash.
2.3 Our standard withdrawal rules still count: C$100 (Interac/eCheck) minimum and C$25,000 per day maximum.
What is bonus abuse?
3.1 These are not allowed:
- opening more than one account to grab a single offer twice or more
- working with other players to recycle bonus funds
- low-risk betting patterns, such as covering both sides of an outcome
- using a game fault to clear wagering
- claiming an offer from a place where it is not available
3.2 If we find abuse, we can take back the bonus plus any winnings it produced, and stop you from getting future offers.
How does wagering work, and do all games count the same?
4.1 Wagering is the total amount you must bet with bonus funds before they become cash.
4.2 The welcome offer has just 1x wagering. For example, a C$200 bonus needs C$200 in total stakes.
4.3 Game types count differently. The offer details list which games count and how much each type adds toward wagering.
4.4 Games or game types that are not on that list do not count. Live games and table games may count for less, or not at all, as listed.
4.5 Voided rounds and refunded bets do not count toward wagering.
Is my bet size capped while I play with bonus funds?
5.1 Yes. Until wagering is complete, there's a top bet allowed per spin or per hand. You'll see the exact amount in the offer details.
5.2 Bet more than that limit and we may cancel the bonus and any winnings it produced.
5.3 Breaking one big bet into smaller ones across rounds or games to dodge the limit gets the same treatment.
Who can take part?
6.1 To take part, you must be 19+, live in Canada and be somewhere that allows online casino gaming.
6.2 No deposit can go through until your account passes our KYC and geolocation checks.
6.3 Each offer is open once per person unless the offer details say otherwise.
6.4 In some provinces, we do not advertise offers in public. You see them after you log in.
6.5 Anyone in a self-exclusion or cooling-off period can't take part.
Which welcome offer is running now?
7.1 Up to C$200 Back on Your Opening 24 Hours.
7.2 If you're behind overall when your first 24 hours end, you get up to C$200 back as bonus funds.

- 7 days to meet 1x wagering
- Minimum deposit C$10
7.3 Net loss means your real-money stakes in those first 24 hours, minus your real-money winnings in the same period.
7.4 The bonus is credited when your opening 24 hours of play have ended.
When do bonuses expire?
8.1 The welcome bonus must be wagered within 7 days of being added.
8.2 Other offers show their deadline in the offer details.
8.3 Once a bonus expires, we take away the remaining bonus balance and any winnings linked to it. Your cash balance is not affected.
How many bonuses can I hold?
9.1 You can have only one bonus running at once.
9.2 To start another, finish the wagering on the current one or give it up first.
9.3 Forfeiting a bonus means we cancel the bonus balance and any winnings earned with it.
How do I opt in?
10.1 Taking part is optional: you opt in through your account. A bonus is only ever added with your agreement.
10.2 You are free to say no to any offer and just play with cash.
10.3 You're free to cancel a bonus at a later point too. If you do, we remove the bonus balance and all winnings that came from it.
Can these rules change?
11.1 We may update these Bonus Terms or end an offer. Any new version is posted here, showing a fresh date.
11.2 Any bonus you already hold follows the terms in place on the day you claimed it.
